Official Rules
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. MAKING A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.
1. Agreement & Overview
To participate in this Sweepstakes, you must be twenty-one (21) years of age or older and a legal resident of the State of Maryland at the time of entry.
Please read these official rules (the “Official Rules”) carefully. They contain important information about your rights and obligations, as well as limitations and exclusions that may apply to you if you enter Bloom’s $5K Fall Haul Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) sponsored by Maryleaf, LLC d/b/a Bloom Medicinals (the “Sponsor or “Bloom”).
By participating in the Sweepstakes, you signify your agreement to these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor and RAVEN5 Ltd. (the “Administrator”). If you do not agree to the Official Rules, you may not enter the Sweepstakes.
2. Eligibility
The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the State of Maryland who are twenty-one (21) years of age or older at the time of entry (“entrant”, or “you”).
Employees, officers, directors, agents and representatives of the Sponsor, Administrator, their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, and any prize suppliers or advertising and promotion agencies involved in the administration, development, fulfillment, and execution of this Sweepstakes (collectively, the “Sweepstakes Parties”), as well as their immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings and children) and individuals residing in the same household, are not eligible to enter.
The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. Any entry submitted by an individual who does not meet the eligibility requirements set forth in these Official Rules will be deemed ineligible. Sponsor reserves the right to verify an entrant’s eligibility. Void outside the State of Maryland and where prohibited by law.
3. Sweepstakes Period
The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00:01 AM Eastern Time (“ET”) on October 15, 2026 and ends at 11:59:59 PM ET on November 15, 2026 (the “Sweepstakes Period”).
4. How to Enter
To participate in the Sweepstakes, you must register at any time during the Sweepstakes Period by visiting Blooms5kFallHaul.com (the “Sweepstakes Website”) and following the instructions to complete and submit the online registration form. You will be required to provide your first name, last name, email address, mobile number and date of birth and confirm your agreement to these Official Rules and the Sponsor’s Privacy Policy. You may also consent to receive marketing communications from the Sponsor; however, consenting to receive marketing communications is optional and is not required to enter or win.
Registration must be completed before the end of the Sweepstakes Period for any entries earned during the Sweepstakes Period to be valid. Any entries associated with an individual who does not complete registration by the end of the Sweepstakes Period will be void.
Subject to the registration requirement above, entrants may earn entries into the Sweepstakes as follows:
- Purchase Entries:
Eligible entrants who make a purchase at a Bloom retail store in Maryland during the Sweepstakes Period will receive one (1) entry for each whole $1.00 (USD) spent, after discounts and excluding sales tax. The number of entries awarded will be rounded down to the nearest whole dollar. For example, an eligible purchase totaling $34.99 before sales tax will earn thirty-four (34) entries.
If all or any portion of a purchase is returned before the drawing, the entries attributable to the returned amount will be void. All purchases must be completed during the Sweepstakes Period to qualify for entries.
- Mail-In Entries (No Purchase Necessary):
To enter without making a purchase, legibly handwrite your first and last name, street address, city, state, ZIP Code, date of birth (mm/dd/yyyy), email address and mobile phone number on an 8.5″ × 11″ sheet of paper. On the same sheet, handwrite a 100-word essay answering the following prompt: “What does it mean to bloom in your everyday life?”
Place the completed sheet in a handwritten #10 envelope with sufficient postage and mail it to: The $5K Fall Haul Sweepstakes, c/o RAVEN5 Ltd., 1400 W. Lombard St., Ste. A #2112, Baltimore, Maryland 21223, United States. The information provided with the Mail-In Entry must match the information provided during registration. Mail-in entrants must also complete the registration process described above before the end of the Sweepstakes Period.
Each eligible Mail-In Entry will earn thirty (30) entries into the Sweepstakes. Only one (1) Mail-In Entry may be submitted per outer mailing envelope. Each Mail-In Entry and its outer envelope must be handwritten and legible and include all requested information. Bulk shipments containing multiple Mail-In Entries will not be accepted, and all Mail-In Entries included in a bulk shipment will be void. Mail-In Entries must be postmarked by November 15, 2026 and received by November 20, 2026 to be eligible.
Mail-In Entries become the property of the Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned. No photocopies, facsimiles or other reproductions of Mail-In Entries will be accepted. Sponsor is not responsible for any late, lost, damaged, stolen, incomplete, illegible, postage-due or misdirected Mail-In Entries. Proof of mailing does not constitute proof of receipt.
Bonus Entry Multipliers:
From time to time during the Sweepstakes Period, Sponsor may offer opportunities to earn twice the standard number of entries for eligible Purchase Entries and Mail-In Entries (each, a “Bonus Entry Multiplier Offer”). The dates and times of each Bonus Entry Multiplier Offer will be determined by the Sponsor and announced on the Sweepstakes Website.
An eligible purchase completed during a Bonus Entry Multiplier Offer will earn two (2) entries for each whole $1.00 (USD) spent on eligible Bloom products, excluding sales tax. For example, an eligible purchase of $30.00 before sales tax will earn sixty (60) entries.
To participate in a Bonus Entry Multiplier Offer without making a purchase, follow the Mail-In Entry instructions above. An eligible Mail-In Entry postmarked during the applicable Bonus Entry Multiplier Offer and received within four (4) business days after the offer ends will earn sixty (60) entries.
There is no limit to the number of entries an entrant may receive in the Sweepstakes, regardless of entry method. By participating in the Sweepstakes, you signify your agreement to these Official Rules and the Sponsor’s Privacy Policy. Sweepstakes Parties are not responsible for lost, late, stolen, incomplete, inaccurate, invalid, unintelligible, garbled, delayed or misdirected entries, all of which will be void. Entries which are incomplete, illegible, or fraudulent are null and void.
5. Prizes/Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”)/Odds
Ten (10) prizes are available to be won, each consisting of a $500.00 USD store credit at Bloom stores in the State of Maryland.
The ARV of each prize is $500.00 USD. The total ARV of all prizes is $5,000.00 USD.
Limit one (1) prize per person.
The odds of winning will depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period.
Prize Conditions:
No substitution of a prize will be allowed, except as listed herein. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to substitute a prize of comparable value if a listed prize is unavailable, in whole or in part, for any reason. Prizes are non-transferable. The method of issuance and redemption of the store credit will be determined by the Sponsor in its sole discretion. Store credit may be used only at Bloom retail stores in Maryland and is not redeemable for cash.
In accepting a prize, winners are responsible for all federal, state, county, local and all other taxes (including income and withholding, where applicable) on the prize awarded and any costs and expenses not specifically listed above as part of a prize. Winners must be able to accept the prize as presented, or the prize will be forfeited in its entirety and may be awarded to an alternate winner (to be determined in a separate random drawing in accordance with these Official Rules).
6. Winner Selection & Notification
Administrator will conduct a random drawing on or about November 23, 2026, from among all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period and select ten (10) potential winners. Administrator will make an initial attempt to notify each potential winner by email within forty-eight (48) hours after the drawing and will make at least two (2) contact attempts in total during the applicable response period.
Each potential winner must respond to the initial notification within seventy-two (72) hours. If a potential winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond within the required time, is found to be ineligible or if any notification is returned as undeliverable, the potential winner may be disqualified and will forfeit all rights to the prize. In such event, Sponsor may randomly select an alternate potential winner from among the remaining eligible entries.
Each potential winner must complete and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release (the “Release”) within seventy-two (72) hours after the initial notification. If a potential winner fails to complete and return the Release within the required time or otherwise fails to comply with these Official Rules, the potential winner will be disqualified, and an alternate potential winner may be selected as described above.
A potential winner will not be confirmed as a winner (each, a “Winner”) unless and until Sponsor has verified the potential winner’s eligibility and confirmed compliance with these Official Rules.
7. Publicity
Except where prohibited by law and pursuant to the signed Release described above, acceptance of a prize constitutes permission for the Sponsor and its designees to use each Winner’s name, city and state of residence, prize won, likeness, statements and submitted materials for advertising, publicity, public relations and promotional purposes in any media now known or later developed, worldwide and in perpetuity, without additional compensation, notification or permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
By participating in the Sweepstakes, each entrant, on behalf of themselves and their heirs, executors, administrators and assigns, agrees to release, discharge and hold harmless the Sponsor, Administrator, their respective parent companies, subsidiaries and affiliates, and any prize suppliers or advertising and promotion agencies involved in the administration, development, fulfillment or execution of the Sweepstakes (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from and against any and all claims, actions, causes of action, losses, damages, liabilities, costs and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of or relating to the entrant’s participation in the Sweepstakes or the awarding, acceptance, possession, use, misuse or redemption of a prize, including claims involving personal injury, death or property damage and, to the fullest extent permitted by law, claims arising from the negligence of any Released Party.
Each entrant assumes all risk of injury, loss or damage arising from their participation in the Sweepstakes or the acceptance, possession, use, misuse or redemption of a prize.
9. General
By participating in the Sweepstakes, each entrant agrees to be bound by these Official Rules, including all eligibility requirements, and by the decisions of the Sponsor and Administrator, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes.
The Released Parties are not responsible for: (i) lost, late, damaged, delayed, incomplete, illegible, misdirected or postage-due entries; (ii) technical, network, electronic, computer, hardware or software errors or malfunctions; (iii) interrupted, delayed, incomplete, inaccurate or failed transmissions; (iv) unauthorized access to, theft, destruction or alteration of entries or other Sweepstakes materials; (v) traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website; or (vi) any typographical, printing, administrative or other error in connection with the Sweepstakes, including any error in these Official Rules, Sweepstakes-related materials or the announcement of a prize.
Failure to comply with these Official Rules may result in disqualification. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual it reasonably determines has attempted to tamper with the entry process or operation of the Sweepstakes, engage in fraud or otherwise violate these Official Rules. Sponsor may also prohibit such an individual from participating in future promotions sponsored by Sponsor.
If the Sweepstakes cannot be conducted as planned for any reason beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control, including fraud, technical failure, unauthorized intervention or any other cause that affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper operation of the Sweepstakes, Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes. If the Sweepstakes is terminated before the scheduled end date, Sponsor may select the Winners in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received before the action was taken, if feasible.
10. Disputes
Except where prohibited, entrants agree that any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of, or connected with the Sweepstakes or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the appropriate court located in the State of Maryland, USA. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, entrant’s rights and obligations, or the rights and obligations of the Sponsor in connection with the Sweepstakes, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Maryland, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules (whether of the State of Maryland or any other jurisdiction), which would cause the application of the laws of another jurisdiction. The remedy for any claim shall be limited to actual damages, and in no event shall any party be entitled to recover punitive, exemplary, consequential, or incidental damages, including attorney’s fees or other such related costs of bringing a claim, or to rescind this agreement or seek injunctive or any other equitable relief.
THE PARTIES HEREBY WAIVE THEIR RIGHT TO JURY TRIAL WITH RESPECT TO ALL CLAIMS AND ISSUES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THIS AGREEMENT WHETHER SOUNDING IN CONTRACT OR TORT AND INCLUDING ANY CLAIM FOR FRAUDULENT INDUCEMENT THEREOF.
11. Privacy
Personal information collected from entrants is subject to the Sponsor’s Privacy Policy, available at: https://bloommarijuana.com/md/privacy-policy.
Personal information collected in connection with the Sweepstakes may be used by the Sponsor, Administrator and their authorized service providers to administer and operate the Sweepstakes, including to process entries, contact and verify potential winners, fulfill prizes and publish the Winners List, and for any other purpose permitted under the Sponsor’s Privacy Policy. Optional marketing communications will be sent only to entrants who separately consent to receive them.
12. Winner Confirmation Requests
For a written confirmation of the Winners (available after December 5, 2026), send an email to [email protected] with subject line: Bloom’s $5K Fall Haul Sweepstakes Winner Confirmation Request.All requests must be received by February 28, 2027. Requests received after this time will not be fulfilled.
